Walked into the store for advice on my iphone which had crashed on the latest itunes update. £10 seems a minimum charge for walking through the door; while waiting for my turn to be served I observed this with other customers. When my turn came up, sure enough, the first option was to purchase an update for that price. No advice, help or suggestions. I went down the road to the 02 shop where I have my phone contract and got really good service. 02 resolved my problem.

Took my Mac Book and external storage to this store as my Mac failed to detect the external storage all of a sudden. I know very little about Mac & the techie didn't seem to know anything more than me. I was charged £10 to say that your external hard drive is corrupted. I have been to this store few years ago and service then was much better. Hope they look into ways of improving...

Dreadful, dreadful service. Paid in full for a product and was told delivery in one to two weeks. Nearly four weeks later still no delivery date. They don’t answer the phone and when you go to the store they treat you like you’re wasting their time. I gave up waiting, ordered from John Lewis ( item is in stock) and have managed to persuade them that I can have a refund. Save yourself time and effort and don’t bother buying from this store!

Brought my iphone in to be sent to Apple. They checked it for 30mins at a cost of £10 then said it had to be sent off to Apple for warranty repair. 4 working days later I get a phone call asking to call back. I call back and am told that because of a small dent on the cover that warranty was not valid and am then immediately offered a replacement phone to buy from Stormfront! Turns out that they had not even sent it off to Apple because of the dent! So they charged me £10 to check it, said nothing at the time about the dent (which had been there for months prior to the phone not starting), then left me waiting for several days and then tried to sell me a new phone! Make up your own mind if you would trust them!
